Shipping - Artistic Lee Me Chooses the fastest carrier depending on the size of portrait and the completion date. 2nd day service is almost always used. Shipping prices and options will be available when the payment process begins.

110% Price Match Guarantee - Artistic Lee Me will beat any price on the web, proof must be provided and is subject to approval depending on the sites qualifications. (completion time, experience, etc)

100% Satisfaction Guarantee - When a piece of art is completed a high-resolution email is sent to the buyer, if any changes wanted to be made this would be the best time. If unsatisfied when delivered, the piece can be sent back for an hours worth of touch-up, shipping back to Lee is not included.

Payment info - Once an order is placed the initial 40% will be billed to the buyer. Upon approval the other 60% will be billed along with shipping.

3 to 6 Week Completion - Most portraits will be finished faster than the 3 to 6 week guideline, way faster. Of course touch ups might force this to be pushed back a bit. Turning black and white photos into colored pieces of art also will take longer.

Updates via email - Updates will most likely be since every day or two as progress is being made. Things might look sloppy and down right ugly at some point but you’ll see improvement as the process goes on.

Return/Cancellation policy - If you decided to cancel the piece of art and it has already been started the 40% initial fee will be kept to cover the cost of canvas, paint, and labor. Of course if you want the partially completed piece we’ll send it to you….. Seriously.

Gallery Inclusion - Portraits produced by Andrea Lee will be posted on the web site as part of her portfolio. If you’d rather not have your piece online you can always contact us.
